Scope of Work: Installation of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, water supply, and sewage systems, along with a fixed fire suppression system. The engineering systems were prepared to allow each resident to connect their own air conditioner. Heat recovery units (HRVs) were individually designed and installed for each apartment.
